01/05/2025 - Staff Holidays
Our technical staff are having their summer holidays between the 1st and 12th of May.
Axesrus remains open for business, with ordering and shipping completely unaffected, but, as you can appreciate, all technical inquiries will not be answered until (at least) the 12th.
All Non-technical questions will be answered where possible.
Just to pre-empt some common questions.
"Is <PRODUCT> in stock?" - if you can add it to the cart, then its in stock. We never, knowingly sell anything we dont have on the shelves ready to go.
"Has my order shipped?" - all orders, ship at 1pm, Monday to Friday - the only exception is any product that needs to be "made to order" (pickups, wiring looms, custom pickguards etc) which have published lead times on their respective pages.
"I have purchased a pickup/wiring loom/custom pickguard, and it hasn't arrived" - they are made to order, and the lead times are published on the product (currently set at 1-3 weeks, to account for the holidays) - nothing that needs making, will be made while the tech staff are away.
"Can i add something to an existing order?" - Normally yes, but not between the 1st and the 12th I’m afraid - its a logistical nightmare for the remaining staff - they're not tied to the emails in the same way the tech staff are, so to avoid disappointment/mistakes - its a firm "NO!" for the duration.
And i think that about covers it, so i'll close with a personal note
The remaining staff are working extra to cover the short staffing, and they're only human - mistakes will happen, emails wont be answered instantly like they usually are, the phone might ring longer then usual before someone picks up.
Please, be kind to them whilst i'm away.
