Do you ship to my country?

Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the drop down menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

Tax, handling fees and Duty outside of the UK
Since January 1st, 2021, the UK has left the European Union – and that effects how Axesrus® (being an entirely UK based company) interacts with our European customers.


We no longer charge VAT to any customers ordering with the EU, and as such, any VAT/VIES exceptions are no longer valid.
VAT will however still be paid on import into the country of receipt – this will be raised and invoiced between the courier and the customs office in your country, not Axesrus®. They will also, most likely, add an additional handling fee.

Please note – Axesrus® is not responsible for paying these taxes or fees, and it is solely the customer’s responsibility to be aware of these extra costs, and paying them. Failure to do so will result in the shipment not being delivered.
Any orders undelivered because of unpaid fees and/or tax, will not be refunded by Axesrus®

It is advised that you research your local delivery services (we use DHL for the expedited carriage, and Royal mail for the standard service) to ensure that there are no unforeseen additional costs upon delivery.
