This is a "loaded plate" - a pickguard, for the Yamaha® Pacifica® X12 with the volume pot, tone pot and switch all installed and wired up, ready to have pickups connected.

You're getting everything you need to build the plate up - the knobs and switch top are on there, the pickup covers are in there in the same colour as the knobs, and you're getting the pickup height bolts too.
