Description

Following on from the popular CTS Assembly, and taking heavy influence from the 4 way phase switching Telecaster® looms, we're incredibly proud to present our Series/Parallel and phase switching assembly, basically, when the first push/push (note - not push/pull, as strat knobs are difficult to use with these components) pot is down, its a normal Strat (with the bridge on one tone control, Neck on the other), and runs in the standard parallel fashion.

However, when this push/push tone pot is in the up position it turns positions 2 and 4 (when the middle is running alongside the associated pickups) into a series setup, which gives a much more authentic, powerful humbucker-esquire tone. The 2nd push/push reverses the phase of the middle pickup, giving a huge range of tonal possibilities.

Beyond the new switching system, these looms are still built to the highest quality here in the UK using those classic 250k CTS split shaft pots, Alpha push pull pot, vintage black and white waxed cloth wire, a Switchcraft mono Socket, our own Super Switch and orange drop caps.

Supplied with Screws, Nuts and Washers

So I've got the geetar up and running, and it sounds... GREAT!

You were completely right there was no need to worry with the switch, it works fine, and the parallel switching is awesome, I can kick the thing into a lovely warm meaty overdrive just like that!

Thanks so much once again,
