Returning unwanted goods
Unwanted goods should be returned within 14 days of delivery. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during return transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. You are also advised to return goods by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to give us your name and address, and a copy of your purchase receipt. 

Any parcels returned to us due to the customer refusing to pay local duty will be refunded LESS any fees, duties or charges payable to get the items back to us.

Axesrus Ltd is not responsible for the postage costs or UK Import Duties and Taxes incurred on returning unwanted goods.

Refunds for unwanted goods
Providing that unwanted goods are received by us in unused, unmodified, unopened (within reason) and resalable condition within 14 days of delivery, we will refund payment for the goods. Orders placed by credit, debit card or Paypal from this website will be refunded directly to original account. Orders placed by other means will be refunded by cheque. These refunds will be made within 30 days of return of goods.

Axesrus Ltd is not responsible for the postage costs or UK Import Duties and Taxes incurred on returning unwanted goods.

Returning goods for an exchange

Please be aware, we do not "exchange" returned products. This is simply to keep the entire process as straight forward as possible, and avoid the confusing situations that inevitably arise when we bypass the stock system.

All orders returned "for exchange" without prior communication with Axesrus, will refunded as by the terms set out in "refunds of unwanted goods"


Returning pre-packaged goods

When dealing with products that are pre-packaged by the supplier or producer, and said packaging must be removed to allow access to the product, please ensure all packaging is re-sealed and shows no signs of tampering (if in doubt, please leave sealed) - any product returned with heavily damaged packaging will not be eligible for a refund or exchange as it is no longer resellable.


Custom work

Custom work is non-refundable or exchangeable, and cannot be cancelled once the part has been made (usually immediately). Custom work is defined as those extra-charge services and bespoke products which make that product in question unique and difficult to re-sell and applies to all assemblies, wiring harnesses, loaded control plates, pickups etc.

The customer should be aware of this before contacting Axesrus to discuss prices and availability of any given product or service.

Axesrus will not be held responsible for any mistakes in specifications, inherent flaws in the design supplied, unsuitability of a product or mistakes in measurements and dimensions supplied for any customer work.

We will stand by all warranties with custom work where applicable.

*On a more personal note, if you do find yourself in a situation where you have entered into a contract with Axesrus regarding custom work, and have an issue - don't hesitate to get in touch with us to discuss it. Whilst it’s very easy to say "no returns/refunds on custom orders" we know mistakes happen, and we will try and help out if we can. Be that with further modifications, or partial refunds - you're not on your own if something’s gone wrong.


Return of Faulty Goods or incorrectly Dispatched Goods.

Providing that goods are received by us within 14 days of delivery, we will refund payment for the goods and any incurred Returned Postage Costs.. Orders placed by credit or debit card from this website will be refunded directly to your credit or debit card. Orders placed by other means will be refunded by cheque. These refunds will be made within 30 days of return of goods.

We will refund postage costs up to a total of £4.00 when returning faulty goods.

Axesrus LTD will in every instance Abide by and promote The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations of 2000 (DSRs)

Please note, Axesrus as a retailer cannot be held responsible for any damage or injury caused by misuse of a product, or a faulty product. However, we will stand by any manufacturers warranties or liabilities as set out by the governments Liability and Safety guidelines, and will assist in any way we can to resolve any issues.

By purchasing from Axesrus, you agree that you have access to the requisite tools and knowledge to install any parts supplied, and fully understand that any damage caused during fitting, will not be the responsibility of Axesrus Ltd where we operate solely as a retailed (where we operate as a Manufacturer, we obviously will follow the Governments guidelines above)
