This is a Steel control plate, immaculately plated, to fit a Fender® Mustang® guitar - worth noting, that this is not the same control plate that is fitted to the Mustang® bass, and whilst is shares some superficial similarities with other control plates, its pretty specific, and will ony fit on the Mustang (possibly, the Jag-stang...).

Supplied with matching mounting screws

Doesn't look the same as the photos show	July 24, 2026

I received a standard Control Plate for Mustang, the same model that comes in the new Fenders. The photo in the page of the product has the format of the vintage Control Plates, that is "fatter" and follows the curve of the Mustang's body. If that's what youre looking for, don't buy it, unless you don't care about it.
