Available in "Tear Drop", "Barrel" and "Top Hat" styles - in both 5mm, 4mm and 3.5mm sizes.

As a rough guide, the full sized lever switches made by Oak Grigsby, CRL, Electroswitch and Axesrus are all 5mm/Imperial posts - and most other switches, for example, Alpha, use metric posts - but as always, worth measuring your guitar to make certain (not the hardest job in the world thankfully - ruler across the section of the switch that inserts into the tip)

4mm switches are a bit of a rarity - mostly they turn up on Japanese Fender® guitars using the DM50/30 and YM50/30 switches, and occasionally, some Ibanez® guitars

3.5mm switches are very common - they turn up on most guitars made out in Asia - pretty much anything made by Alpha, or anything with an exposed PCB/8 in line terminals will be a 3.5mm shaft

Worst case, (because i appreciate that measuring 3.5mm vs 4mm is tricky) - you can just fix a slightly oversized tip onto an undersized shaft with a little super glue - it'll hold for day to day use, but if you ever need to remove it, it might be a bit of a pig, so go in eyes open)
