Now these are a favourite in the office – they are, for all intents and purposes, completely smooth saddles, complete with those all-important slot head height screws, all full sized, absolutely no loss of mass, so no arguments against the tone – but the intonation screws have been drilled on a slant to match that compensation you’d get on the intonation correction saddles.

These are great if you’re looking for that vintage look, that vintage tone, but would be much happier if your intonation was much closer to where it should be.

This is the full set of slanted saddles - remember if your fitting these to a left handed guitar, the slants have got to go the other way - but its dead easy to do, just spin the saddle round (so the height screws are upside down) - this will reverse the intonation correction, then just take out the height screws and spin them round - instant lefty set!
