Thats actually an interesting point of note. Epiphone® guitars with a curved top are normally uniformly curved to, approximately, a 12" radius. Gibson® dont seem to use a true radius, with most of their guitars "curving up" to the section where the pickups mount, and then gradually flattening out across the peak, and then curving away - so that irregular shape is why we still see flat rings formed around the curve, rather then rings with the accounted for and built in.Worth noting too, the swatch images show the rings in situ with a pickguard to show the colour match - but the pickguards are not supplied, simply because there are so many different versions fitted to Gibson® guitars - if you need a pickguard, they're here.
