The Legacy recordings are a little outdated nowadays - they're not mixed and mastered "fairly" like the Blues, Metal, Rock and Clean clips - and they're next to no use if your comparing one pickup to another - BUT - they do give a little more insight into what the pickup was initially designed to do, and, honestly? We've still got a bit of a soft spot for the songs themselves.
So yeah - complete one off songs, showcasing the pickups - very stylised, very much "this is what we like to do with them/wanna sound like this?" - not completely useless, but not great for comparisons is all.
