5 of 5 Axesrus T90 June 12, 2014

I have just fitted these to my Tele Classic Vibe Squire
and the difference in sound quality is fantastic. The guitar now sounds more balanced than it did. There are great pick ups I would recommend these to my friends, yes I know you can go with branded names  but I bet they will not even come close to the Tele T90 I made the right decision in purchasing them. Try them you will NOT be disappointed . What a great company.

5 of 5 I LOVE your T90s December 31, 2013
Reviewer: Neil McAlley from NW England
After playing Teles for over 30 years I never found a combination of pickups and wood that worked, even from USA Custom Shops at at over a months salary!

Now '52 voiced, Broadcasters and Texas Specials do have their place, but the T90 is the "Holy Grail" for me as it does their job and more. Unlike its competitors it gives you a Tele you can gig all night! At full chat you get the spank but with very even string volume E-E that doesn't get thin and wimpy the further up the register you go.

Turn up the gain and you get creamy rock and funk cutting through a mix without harsh mids. Yet you can also dig in for that "elusive" Brad Paisley, Keith Urban modern country tone. With the volume back a notch the snap is still there for the purist too.

As the guys say these pickups fill space in shed loads with a real "open air" feel on the back of the twang.

A real hidden gem of a pickup from the guys at Axesrus I wish I'd found 25 years ago!- thanks

5 of 5 Outstanding pickups! Even better value, too... March 28, 2013
Reviewer: Pete Saxby from Harrogate
My first decent guitar was a tele, and I've had several since then but always been slightly disappointed with the sound...
If the T90s seem like a bit of a leap of faith, have no fear, they'll completely reinvigorate your guitar.  As the other reviewers here have said, they sound (and look) great, but most interestingly of all, they're the best balanced set of tele pickups I've come across giving you some seriously useful tones from both pickups without the need to reset your amp or crank the volume up / down when you switch from back to front and, er, back! Trying to describe differences in sound is a bit of a 'mare, I know, but basically, they're 'bigger and better', they're a bargain and you won't be disappointed!

5 of 5 T 90s December 18, 2012
Reviewer: chris cameron from leeds, west yorkshire United Kingdom
fitted T90 bridge pickups in both my esquire style guitars, one is a vintage v62 the other built from parts, mostly from yourselves. the pickups worked very well in both guitars. giving a nice fat raunchy sound with some drive and clean up nicely with the volume backed off. very versatile.

regarding the t90 neck pickup, again a great pickup. warm and woody, without being wooly. very nice!

5 of 5 T90 Bridge December 18, 2012
Reviewer: Philip Edwards from Broadstone, Dorset United Kingdom
No problem - fitted the T-90 to my Jap Squier Tele. I had a SD Jerry Donahue in the bridge and, while it was the loudest tele bridge pickup ever by far, it squealed live with lots of overdrive and was too "tele-ish" for me ( a Les Paul player mainly). The T-90 is very nicely made, fitting was apiece of cake and I love the sound. Clean and powerful sound but not as bass light/ treble heavy as a vintage tele style pickup. Enough presence to cut through but not so much that it kills the audience or needs the amp EQ changed when you change guitars. I've gigged the new pickup three times already and I'm very pleased with it. Now the Tele can come to gigs and earn its keep instead of sitting on the wall.
Thanks again for making these pickups available, it's nice to have such good tones available for such reasonable prices.

5 of 5 very impressed October 6, 2012
Reviewer: Will Addams from United Kingdom
I was very impressed with the build quality of both bridge & neck pickup upon examining them straight out of the package - they looked well put together, like someone had put a lot of care into ensuring they were neat and properly finished.

I particularly liked the string winding, as opposed to the garish yellow tape you see on some pickups, and the brass plate backing was a nice touch - to aid grounding, I assume.

5 of 5 T-90 neck pickup October 6, 2012
Reviewer: Mark F from London, United Kingdom
I really didn't know what to expect as this is my first attempt at upgrading stock pickups, but I must say it was well worth it. I was really impressed by the sound clips on the neck setting, just got my T-90 neck pickup today and I must say it way surpassed my expectations. It has turned my Tele from a brittle country twangster to a beefed up blues machine. Just a little bit of overdrive and this thing sings! The words I'd describe this pickup would be rich and full, with a really nice lower midrange grunt to it. I can say that it has rounded out the sound of my Tele perfectly, instead of sounding shrill and brittle as it did it now sounds full and balanced. I'm now temped to get a heavy heart pickup for the bridge and turn my Tele into a monster ;)

5 of 5 Let me tell you about the T90's set! August 13, 2012
Reviewer: Fernando Amorim from Viana do Castelo, Portugal
EXCELLENT!!! Just loved them...
Well, tried them last night... after years changing the pup's on my Tele, at last I got the perfect set... just love them, the bridge is a rock'n'roll master, but what impressed me so much was the power of the neck pickpup, just perfect for the blues... both pickups work very well with slide too... this is the perfect match for a Telecaster deliver a warm blues tones and a lacerating rock'n'roll bite, without being too country as single coil or too muddy as a mini bucker... it's a powerful and well defined set, very close to the p90...
I'm so happy now with my old Tele!...
THANKS!
Fernando.
