5 of 5 A very good cost-effective strat bridge upgrade November 29, 2019
Reviewer: K-R from Poole, United Kingdom
This is a very good upgrade.  The chafer on the underside of the bridge plate is very similar to the Callaham Bridge (a premium product at a premium price).  The grooves in the bridge plate for the top and bottom string saddle bolts ensure that the saddles stay in place.  The trem-arm now rests in a very reachable position when not in use.  There is a bit of rattle but I can live with that!

I had a few installation problems as follows:

1)  Block - The Axesrus block is wider that the original.  This resulted in the block rubbing along the edge of the body cavity - easily solved by making the cavity wider.

2) The six bridge screws
The screws on my guitar aren't quite evenly spaced.  The new screws are larger in diameter than the old and didn't allow the bridge plate to move freely.  The old screws worked fine.

3)  Springs
Use the new springs.  The old ones may not fit the AXERUS block.

Was it worth all the effort required to install this bridge - MOST DEFINITELY!!

5 of 5 This week I'll mostly be... July 10, 2019
Reviewer: Dave K... from IRELAND
For the last 3 months I have mostly been pulling my hair out and eating all things tremolo :-)

I installed this complete unit in an 97 Chinese Squier - plus bone nut, full size pots and 5-way switch, all from Axesrus - what a difference. A well made guitar is now a tone machine - more sustain, great floating trem, I am sure the alnico PUs that replaced the stock ceramics also make a difference. But bang for buck you simply cannot beat this full size steel block tremolo unit from Axesrus.

4 of 5 Brilliant for the price February 17, 2018

I'm modding an old strat and this is the perfect bridge for the job. Great quality. Only downside is the trem arm didn't fit but nobody else seemed to have that problem so maybe it was a one off. Definitely worth the money though I'll be buying from here again.

5 of 5 Excellent quality and tone for the money September 27, 2017
Reviewer: Pete Moulton from BRENTWOOD, .United Kingdom
Installed in an Aria STG-03 Wilkinson Alnico V vintage single coils, Oak Grigsby 5 way, CTS Pots, bridge blender, Schaller locking tuners etc. Overall the Axesrus vintage trem with a Steel block gives the Aria more of a 'glassy Strat' tone. These are the immediately noticable differences we heard:

[1] Notes have a sharper attack across all switch and blender positions.
[2] The tone has a more 'punchy' quality to it.
[3] Notes have a bit more top end sparkle/sizzle and clarity.
[4] The mix positions have a more noticable 'bell' tone quality about them.
[5] Notes sustain for a few seconds longer than previously.

My bro doesn't really use trem much, but our limited testing indicated that the pitch stability is rock solid. However, the Aria also has Schaller locking tuners, so it would be difficult to determine how much of a contribution each component makes to the overall pitch stability.

Thanks for your advice Craig.

4 of 5 Upgraded my Classic Vibe 50's Strat March 11, 2015
Reviewer: Raymond Elma from Glasgow, United Kingdom
bought this to upgrade my classic vibes 50's strat, perfect fit. Much better note definition once this was fitted due to it having a steel block. Only thing for me that stopped it from getting 5 stars was the height adjustment screws for the low and high e are full size, these should be the smaller size to keep your hand from getting scratched. My way round with was to use the original saddles that came with the guitar.

5 of 5 Squier Upgrade December 20, 2013
Reviewer: Declan Bently from Oldham, England
A lovely company to deal with, the prices are extremely fair and customer service is well above par. The staff are very friendly, chatty and helpful, they've helped me understand alot about my guitars and modding too! If there has ever been an issue with an order i made (very rarely), they are extremely helpful and fair in getting it resolved, and it is sorted very fast.

From what i've experienced, their pickups are definatley worth the money! I happily have a set of blues tubes in my strat and for the price range they are sweeeeeet, i just play around with my tone a bit to bring the brightness down a tad, but still have a great twang to it :) (Still yet to put in the HSA190 i got). And the axesrus branded bridges are great too! (Still yet to try tuning pegs).

If you're umming and ahhing about wether to order from here or not, i'd do it!

- Declan.

5 of 5 89/90 Korean made Squier Strat Upgrade September 4, 2013
Reviewer: Alexander Bull from Ipswich, Suffolk England
Just want to say a HUGE thank you for your services recently.

When I emailed for advice the emails I received in reply were more like chatting to an old friend rather than a business. It truely was an 'old fashioned service' which is very uncommon these days.

The bridge is fantastic value for money and the build quality is fantastic. Hard to believe for the price! Perfect fit for my 89/90 Korean Squier.

I will 100% use you guys again and will recommend to all my guitar buddies.

I truely am happy with your products and the service you provided.

Thank You

5 of 5 Steel Block Trem on Fender Mex Strat August 23, 2013
Reviewer: Martyn Clarke from United Kingdom
Got the Trem fitted now and got it all set up so my guitar plays like a dream :P Not only can i hear a difference with the steel block (my tone sounds a lot  fatter now) but i can feel a difference, it feels a lot more solid when playing if that makes any sense. Definatly an upgrade i would recommend to anyone with a strat. Just got a few more upgrades to go then my strat will be perfect :) Thanks for all your help.
