These pickguards are specifically for the Les Pau®l Historic Series - and this plate is for guitars made after 2009 (prior to that, the Historic series used the 1959 spec pickguard)

Its worth noting that there is a pretty wide range of pickguards that turn up on Les Paul® style guitars, and whilst the variations are minor, they can be make or break as to the thing fitting or not.

As always, its advised to check the dimension diagrams to make 100% sure the part will fit before committing to buy.
