A standard 6 string tail piece, available in either modern zinc alloy (sometimes called Zamak) or the more vintage flavored, light weight aluminium - beautifully plated in either Gold, Chrome or Nickel, and supplied with either imperial or metric bushes, in a range of different sized bushings - plenty of variables, but ultimately, a very simple guitar part - turn up on most "non tremolo" guitars, and simply act as an anchor point for the strings before they travel over the saddles.
